Do you like it naughty or scary?

Hello Lovelies!! I have something super exciting to tell you about today!!

Nick and I are working on putting together a super fun new project! The Dreadfuls! We are putting a new spin on the classic Penny Dreadfuls! Nick will keep his frightening, but with a flavor of steampunk goodness sprinkled in for good measure in the Scary Dreadful! I'm making it extra steamy with the Naughty Dreadful! Scary and sexy combined! We are even going to be creating the Pixie Dreadful for the younger crowd, co-written by Kaya, our budding author!

I will mostly talk about the Naughty Dreadful since that's my baby! It will be published quarterly, either a paper copy sent directly to you or in e-form so you can satisfy your need for instant gratification ;) We are setting up a kickstarter and if we make our reach goal, it will be published once a month! Imagine a new story every month! What is going to make it extra special is there is

going to be a photo shoot to go along with each story, including a pullout centerfold! ;) So you get both a written and visual treat with each publication! How cool is that! Each Naughty Dreadful will also have additional goodies available to get too, posters, t-shirts, etc!

Our first shoot was a ton of fun! I stripped down to my lacey knickers and got cozy with the lovely Lady Ashley and we got some really great shots and had some fun with vampire fangs! lol I already have the next shoot mostly lined up and boy am I excited about it! It's going to be amazing! It won't be all girl/girl shoots either! We will get some sexy steam boys for all you ladies too!!

The Dreadfuls will be debuted at Steamposium!! Along with 2 different posters!! So excited about this! I will also get links live that weekend so that even if you are unable to attend you can get your own copies!!

Also...stay tuned for preorders with some special extra swag, to go live soon!!

What have I been up to?

Hello lovelies!! My wifi wasn't working on my laptop, so I have been very remiss in posting here! I have been off having grand adventures and have loads to tell you! :)

In May, Nick and I went to Dallas Comicon as an anniversary trip, well because we are awesome like that! Why Dallas? Because most of the Firefly cast was going to be there...including...Nathan Fillion!! My husband being an understanding man, excepts my deep and unrelenting love for Nathan and knew how much I would love to meet him!

The weekend was a whirlwind of shopping, standing in line and panels! I also got to meet Nathan and although it was brief...aka less than 15secs...it

was magical and unfortunately while I thought I played it cool...my photo with him was less than magical...he looked ruggedly handsome and well...I looked like I was about to explode with excitement...lol We went to both the Firefly panel and Nathan Fillion's panel and both were so wonderful!

 I also got to meet Tate from FaceOff! He was absolutely adorable and so sweet! I got like 5 hugs from him and it was amazing! hehe Another awesome thing? I got to briefly meet my fabulous author friend Chastity Bush that I had only met on facebook before! She is totally awesome and adorable! All in all it was an epic weekend!!

Another amazing thing I totally forgot to share on here...Bound by Blood got a spiffy new cover and was re-released!! I have totally fallen in love with Lana Del Rey's music and it doesn't hurt that she is smokin' hot too!

lol If you haven't taken a minute to listen to her, do yourself a favor and check her out! Her music is soulful and sexy and totally unique, I could seriously listen to her for hours! I found out she was coming to Seattle and was so excited!! Then...I found out it was sold out and I was a sad panda :( However...due to some magical unexpected force we ended up getting tickets like 2 hours before the show and it was AMAZING!!! Seriously amazing!


I have another recommendation for you! I just started watching the new show on Showtime, Penny Dreadful and it is FABULOUS I <3 it so much!! It's dark and creepy and just all

around awesome! It also has Eva Green in it and you all know how much I love her! The things I would do with that woman...ok getting off track...lol

I am also still working away on some new sexy stories....so stay tuned!

Oooo...Shiny!! I love new characters!!

Hello lovelies!! Happy New Year!! I hope your 2014 is off to a smashing start!

I am working on several exciting things right now! I will be re-releasing a few of my e-books and also will have 5 new novellas coming out over the course of the year! This means I am working with lots of fun new characters!!  I will give you a glimpse of 3 characters in my new series, The Knickerbottom Guild! The sleuthy ladies of steampunk!

Thomas Riley - Re issue!!!

Raise your hand if you love a sexy bad boy anti-hero!!

I just watched the movie The Collection and was inspired to make a post about 2 of my favorite, smoking hot, bad boy anti-heroes!! The first is everyone's most beloved redneck, crossbow wielding zombie killer! You all know who I'm talking about....Daryl Dixon...aka Norman Reedus!! He may be a tough as nails redneck loner, but he also has an adorable squishy center that makes him absolutely swoon worthy!! 

Don't lie...you wouldn't mind being stuck in the zombie apocalypse if you had Daryl Dixon cuddled up next to you at night! Here are some reasons why Daryl makes the zombie  apocalypse sexy!

1.) When Daryl slings a crossbow over his shoulder, the heavens part and a blinding white light of sexual heat appears.

2.) But even when the heavens don't part, his arm muscles flex and bring all the zombies to the yard.

3.) He's a man who makes threats so confidently that it actually makes my heart race in delicious fear.

4.) The truth is, he has a super-soft side when it comes to protecting those who need it most.

5.) He isn't afraid to put his life in danger if it means saving someone else's. Swoon.

6.) He'll shoot the undead in the face for you!!

I don't know about you...but when Daryl was sobbing after his *spoiler alert* brother turned all zombie...it made me swoon just a little more!! Also can we talk about how sweet he is with lil' Ass Kicker and Carol...*sigh*

Ok, so enough about me...what about Daryl Dixon makes you swoon?? Or do you think those of us that find him irresistible are insane in the brain??

 

Now moving on to the man that inspired this post...Arkin aka Josh Stewart!! I first noticed him in The Collector he is an ex-con forced to do another job to save his family and lets say ends up having the worst day imaginable after entering a mad man's trap(think the Saw movies, but a 1000 times better!) He seriously takes a beating and keeps on going...and ends up being one of the most honorable, bad ass heroes I've ever seen! You connect with Arkin and find yourself rooting for him, even as you find yourself swooning despite all the blood and gore this movie throws at you!

He is back and sexy as ever in The Collection, but sadly while being entertaining, it isn't nearly as

amazing as the first movie, I'd watch it again all day for more of the smoking hot Arkin though! lol

He has it all, good looks, loyalty, the courage and conviction to save and protect others even if he doesn't know them and he looks really good shirtless...even covered in blood and beat to hell!!

So those are my 2 favorite anti-heroes, who are yours? Tell me! I'm always looking for a broody, sexy guy that will make me want to get myself into trouble just so they can save me!!
